By accessing and using the services of Lumen Frame Studio, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Lumen Frame Studio provides professional content creation services including brand photoshoots, user-generated content creation, creative direction, and content strategy services in Manila, Philippines.
• All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your date
• Full payment is due before final delivery of content
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot forfeit the deposit
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Additional fees may apply for services beyond the agreed scope
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate information about project requirements
• Arrive on time for scheduled shoots
• Obtain necessary permissions for locations and models
• Provide feedback within agreed timelines
• Respect our team and studio policies
• Lumen Frame Studio retains copyright to all created content
• Clients receive usage rights as specified in their package
• We reserve the right to use content in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of content is prohibited
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
• Content is delivered digitally via secure download links
• Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their content
• We retain content for 90 days after delivery
• Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges
• Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Major scope changes require a new quote
Lumen Frame Studio shall not be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
• Technical issues affecting content delivery
We respect the confidentiality of your projects and will not disclose sensitive business information without your consent.
We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees for completed work remain due upon termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
